Shereef Mobarek is the Managing Director of re3f.NET, a company that designs, builds, and delivers custom software solutions, intelligent automation, and digital tools for businesses ready to move faster and think differently.
re3f.NET operates across three pillars:
Mental health, fitness, education, and community-driven charity initiatives. Always free, always accessible.
Music, film, design, and digital content production. Creative work that pushes boundaries.
Custom tech solutions, business automation, and open-source tooling for clients across multiple industries.
Shereef leads the strategy across all three arms, from product development and client delivery to brand direction and community building. He works directly with every client. No account managers, no runaround.
Career
Background
Before founding re3f, Shereef spent nearly 8 years at KlineFire, a fire protection company in Melbourne. He started as a Sales Consultant in 2018, worked his way up through Account Management and Key Accounts, and finished as National Sales Manager, leading strategy across construction, transport, mining and infrastructure sectors nationwide. He managed 200+ key accounts, led a national sales team, and oversaw the rollout of Collins Aerospace fire suppression systems across Asia Pacific markets.
That experience shaped how he thinks about business: real relationships, real results, no fluff. In 2026, he took everything he learned about building client relationships, solving real problems, and delivering at scale, and put it into re3f.NET.
He also built re3f.tech, a free life operating system with 60+ tools for productivity, health, learning, and more. Made for everyone to use, for free. No sign-up, no paywall.
